Helping You Align Your Goals To The Right Supports To Achieve Harmony
We understand it can be confusing to know which supports will benefit you the most and we are here to take the overwhelm out of sourcing your own care providers to ensure you meet your individualised NDIS goals
Support Coordination
A support coordinator’s role is to guide you in understanding your NDIS plan- helping you match your NDIS goals with the right supports to maximise your funding so you get the most out of your plan. Our experienced Support Coordinators have invaluable insight into the details, like Plan Reviews and Service Agreements. They have an extensive network of local care providers to ensure your needs are being met, and to think outside the box to create opportunities for you to try new things. Your Support Coordinator will help streamline the process of building your independence to enjoy a fulfilling life.
Recovery Coaching
A Psychosocial Recovery Coach is a qualified professional who understands psychosocial disability, mental health and the NDIS. While a recovery coach is similar to a support coordinator in that they have knowledge about the NDIS and price guide, can help you build community connections, and guide you in achieving your NDIS goals. The notable difference is that Recovery Coaches are also recovery practitioners, with either learned or lived experience with mental health, who will walk alongside you on your recovery journey and can provide unique expertise when developing recovery goals. Our Recovery Coaches have extensive experience in mental health recovery and will empower you to make your own choices so you can live the life you want.
Counselling Services
A counsellor is a trained, objective professional who you can build a healing and trusting relationship with through the process of talking about and working through your personal problems.
Our counsellors can help you to address complex problems in a positive way by helping you to clarify the issues, explore options, develop strategies and increase self-awareness. We specialise in Mental Health and our Qualified Counsellors have extensive experience in PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Trauma, Personality Disorders, Anxiety, and Depression.
Individualised Support
Not every person needs the same support, so our trusted Support Workers follow your lead to work towards your specific NDIS goals. Having a Support Worker for community access can be helpful for tasks such as driving you to your Doctors appointments, collecting medications, and getting you out into the community for recreation activities you enjoy. They can also help with meal planning and preparation if this is what you need. There are many capacity building activities we can recommend to assist you in areas you desire to grow. Our Support Workers are all compassionate individuals each with unique skill sets giving us the ability to connect you with the right people to make you feel comfortable and who will encourage and foster your independence.
