Mens Personal Grooming Workshop
Join Rich for a Workshop designed for our male participants, walking them through tips for personal care, maintaining personal hygiene, self confidence, job readiness, grooming skills, basics of face/body/hair care, and product must haves.
BBQ at Harmony Homestead
Twice a month on a Tuesday we invite our Participants to hang out on the deck, fire up the bbq and enjoy lunch with our crew. This is a great chance to mingle with other participants and get to know more of our staff.

Festive High Tea
Join us for a festive high tea running in combination with our Christmas craft workshop.
Christmas Craft
Come get crafty with us, making some super cute personalised felt gingerbread man tree ornaments. All materials supplied and you take home your creation!
Client End of Year Celebration!
We don’t want to spoil the surprise, but we can tell you that the “Harmony Carnival” is coming to town for our wonderful clients End-of-Year Party!

Outdoors Adventure
This month we are welcoming the beautiful spring weather and getting back outside to adventure in our local community.
Games Night
Games night with Andrew. Sometimes it’s playstation, sometimes it’s UNO, every time it’s fun for our participants!
Ladies High Tea
Ladies High Tea with Ambre. Glam it up and relax on the deck wth some tea/coffee and dainty finger foods. We love a good excuse to get the pretty crockery out!
Women's Hairdresser
Time for our female participants to take a moment to learn about the importance of self-care for mental health. A guest hairdresser will be offering basic cuts while educating our clients about self-care and personal hygiene.
Sewing Group
We have a guest facilitator coming to create something magical with you! This 2 hour sewing group will show you the basics of how to use a sewing machine, and you will leave with your very own completed project. All materials are supplied. Please get your RSVP in quick as spaces are limited!
Gardening Group
Gardening with Emma- gardening can be an art form and watching something you have planted grow is one of the most satisfying things in the world! We are starting a community garden for our participants, and we invite you to come and take part. Once our little garden blooms, you can come and harvest the fruits of your labour.
Yoga
Join Ambre for some gentle stretching and beginners yoga out under the shade of our beautiful willow tree. You can BYO yoga mat or let us know if you need one provided.
Pool Hall Night
Join Andrew for a night out at the pool hall. Play a few games, practice your technique and mingle with friends.
B-ingo
Forget the crowded clubs, we run a fun game of Bingo for our Participants once a month!
Craft Corner
Get inspired to create! Our monthly craft corner is the perfect place to come and let your creative juices flow. What we do will vary each month with guest facilitators leading the way via paintbrush on canvas, macrame knotting or polymer clay jewellery (to name only a few!).
Education Class
We are inviting to HHQ Industry Experts to help up-skill you in fun and interactive education classes. These will change topics each month- Learn about Nutrition and healthy lifestyle, get hot tips for interviewing well from employment agencies, organisational skill building, and more.
Music Therapy
Music Therapy is a research based practice and profession in which music is used to actively support people as they strive to improve their health, functioning and wellbeing. Music Therapy includes singing, song writing, musical improvisation, receptive music listening and other specialty techniques.
